Every dish at Salt & Pepper begins with respect for the ingredient — fish from the Adriatic, meat over open flame, vegetables from Istrian soil.

We do not follow trends. We follow the seasons, the fire and more than a decade of refining what we do best. Our kitchen is built on consistency - the same quality whether you visit in June or September, on a quiet Tuesday or a busy Saturday night.

Fire & Grill

Open-flame cooking is at the heart of our kitchen. Premium Angus beef, lamb and pork are grilled over charcoal in our Josper oven at over 350°C, creating the depth of flavour only fire can deliver.

Fresh Seafood

Whole grilled fish, marinated octopus and fresh calamari. Sourced daily from the Adriatic and prepared simply - letting the sea speak for itself.
